With working from home becoming the norm, many companies now face a dilemma: their offices sit empty for much of the week, creating unnecessary operational costs — yet they hesitate to give up their spaces, unsure if they might need them again in the future. Adding to the challenge, long-term leases often leave little room for flexibility, forcing companies to continue paying for underused offices.
Prague is the second fastest-growing city in Europe in terms of demand for flexible office space, right after London (source: Savills European Flexible Offices Report). Yet existing flex offices and coworking spaces are often too expensive and less flexible than they claim to be.
Seeing these trends, we created Moovin.space — a platform connecting companies with fully equipped but currently unused spaces.
